Owner Bio:
Andre has over ten years experience managing all classes of multifamily properties in the, Washington, DC and Maryland suburbs. Before founding Philemon Properties, LLC, his career included the successful management and executive level positions at First Washington Realty and Cassidy Turley; where he was responsible for the management of over 750,000 square feet of mixed use development including high-end retail, commercial office/FLEX, and residential properties. His responsibilities and expertise involve the oversight of all building operations, preparation of annual budgets, and coordination of tenant relations. While earning a BS degree from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Business Administration, Andre is also currently a Real Property Administrator (RPA) candidate.
